Enrollment
To enroll a child at DCCDS, parents must:

Complete an enrollment packet (updated annually)

Provide a current copy of child's immunizations record (updated as needed)

Statement from physician or health clinic that the child is healthy and can participate in childcare activities (updated annually)

Provide proof of income (updated annually)

Pay the Non-refundable annual enrollment fee of $75 (check or money order)
Spaces are on a first come first serve basis. Re-enrollment procedures must be completed each year for a placement to be maintained.

New Students
Enrolling Requirements:
Pre-Kindergarten education for children ages 18 months to 5 years old; Classes ages 3 and above must be potty trained.
Fees:
There is a $75 annual enrollment fee and tuition is based on a sliding scale. .
